This standalone app is the working Milestone 2 environment for DOCX upload, parsing, reference and citation review, external validation, and stakeholder-facing acceptance triage before WordPress packaging and Milestone 3 correction workflows.

- DOCX upload with Template Profile selection; each ingestion stores the selected profile and rule snapshot
- Template Profile creation and editing with uploaded Profile Base Documents, download links, and replacement uploads
- Parsing of headings, paragraphs, unordered and nested lists, tables, figures/images, references, citations, and metadata candidates
- Pre-flight review decisions rendered as Pass, Warning, or Reject
- Local citation-to-reference matching plus orphaned/ambiguous citation surfacing
- Reference normalization with extracted authors, year, title, DOI, and PMID when available
- External PubMed-backed reference validation with reviewer-facing outcomes
